Every driver is onboarded with licence details on record before they carry a single passenger. The same small pool of drivers runs the route — not a rotating cast of strangers.

Cancel free up to 12 hours before departure, half refunded up to 4 hours. Plans change; you should not be punished for it.

How does seat sharing work?+
You book individual seats, not the whole cab. You share the vehicle with up to five other travellers going the same way, which is why the fare is a fraction of a private taxi.

Yes. Every departure shows a live seat map of the actual Ertiga. Pick the exact seat you want — window seats are marked.
What if I need to cancel?+
Free cancellation up to 12 hours before departure. Between 12 and 4 hours, half the fare is refunded. Within 4 hours the fare is non-refundable.
How much luggage can I bring?+
One cabin-sized bag plus a small personal item per seat. If you're carrying more, book an extra seat so everyone has room.
Where exactly do I get picked up?+
Choose from the listed pickup points when booking. You'll get the driver's number and live location an hour before departure.
Is the fare per seat or per cab?+
Per seat. The price you see is what one traveller pays.

Two departures every day. Book up to a few hours before you leave.
Free cancellation up to 12 hours before departure. Between 12 and 4 hours, 50% is refunded. Within 4 hours the fare is non-refundable. Refunds reach the original payment method in 5-7 working days.
