Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how passenger cancellations, no-show cases, rescheduling and operator cancellations are handled for bookings made through Surya Cabs.

Passenger cancellations
Cancellation window
Free cancellation up to 12 hours before departure. Between 12 and 4 hours, 50% is refunded. Within 4 hours the fare is non-refundable. Refunds reach the original payment method in 5-7 working days.
Refund eligibility
Refund eligibility after cancellation is handled as per our Refund Policy.
Late cancellation and no-show
Late cancellation
Cancellations made close to departure time may be treated as late cancellations and may not qualify for a refund or rescheduling.
No show
If a passenger fails to reach the pickup point on time or does not board the ride, the booking may be treated as a no-show.
Surya Cabs cancellation
Operational cancellation
Surya Cabs may cancel a confirmed booking due to vehicle availability, route issues, safety concerns, weather, traffic, regulatory restrictions or operational reasons.
Passenger notification
Passengers are informed through available contact methods such as phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email, and refunded in full where the cancellation is ours.
Rescheduling option
Alternate travel
Based on seat availability and route status, passengers may be offered an alternate travel option or rescheduling support.
Non-cancellable cases
Incorrect details
Cancellation or refund support may be limited if incorrect booking details, a wrong pickup point or invalid passenger information is provided.
Policy conditions
Bookings specifically marked as non-cancellable, promotional bookings or bookings outside eligible cancellation conditions may not qualify for cancellation benefits.

Latest version
Surya Cabs may modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. The latest version published on this page supersedes all previous versions.
